The Coaching Wellness program combines nutrition education with lifestyle coaching to create a sustainable, individualized plan for cultivating health and wellness.This service is especially helpful for people who have received a diagnosis that requires changes in eating habits, such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, thyroid disease and autoimmune disorders.
Our approach is different from a conventional care provider because we focus on empowering you with information and guiding you on your journey to health. The aim of our program is to provide healing to the mind, body and spirit to dig into the root cause of your condition, instead of covering up your symptoms. This gives you a sustainable solution to your health concerns and builds a plan for your lifelong wellness.

The wellness program offers powerful self-management tools for participants to improve their health. These tools automatically recommends a tool topic based on the participants health risks and readiness to change. Or participants may choose from a suite of topics. Clients configure recommendations and topic choices. These tools address todays most common chronic conditions such as:
Heart disease prevention/management: Recognizing heart disease risks and learning how to lower them through heart-healthy choices. Reducing risks for complications through healthy behaviors and care providers' support.
Diabetes prevention/management: Recognizing diabetes risk factors and learning how to lower them through healthy lifestyle choices. Controlling blood sugar with better lifestyle choices and stronger support networks.
Weight management: Making healthier choices in eating habits and increasing the amount and intensity of physical activity.
Healthy eating: Understanding portion control, carbohydrate counting and label reading. Shopping for healthy options, preparing healthier meals, and making wise selections when eating out.
